Happiness is Subjective. Don't you think? There is more than enough to go around. You are allowed to be happy any way you want to. Like whatever you want, regardless of what someone else might think of it. Why let them take your happiness away from you. Find other people that like to do the same things as you. Then spend as much time as you possibly can with those people.
What is happiness? It holds a unique definition for each individual. It's whatever you want it to be.
But according to Wikipedia it's this:
Happiness is positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Other forms include life satisfaction, well-being, subjective well-being, flourishing and eudaimonia. I don't even know what that last word is, hahaha.
It's influenced by our who we are, our values, our experiences and our unique perspective on the world. True happiness goes way beyond material possessions. It lives in the realm of authenticity and aligns itself with our core values, our purpose and our passions.
Genuine happiness happens within our personal connections and growth as well as our sense of fulfillment that has nothing to do with fleeting moments.
Finding joy in the moment. Practicing gratitude and mindfulness to find joy in the simplest experiences. It reminds us to appreciate beauty of all kinds and fosters deeper connections with ourselves and those around us.
Don't let other people tell you what makes you happy, only you can decide. It's your happiness, you own it. Make it whatever you want it to be.
Do what you want, Love who lights your fire and wear what makes you happy.
It means allowing ourselves to feel all the feelings out there, both positive and negative while growing resilience and self compassion.
Finding what we love, our passions, can bring an immense sense of fulfillment and happiness in our lives. When we engage in activities that ignite our inner fire, we experience a state of flow in our lives. It allows us to tap into our innate talents, make a positive impact or find deep satisfaction in the pursuit of our goals.
Happiness is deeply personal and subjective. We have the ability to find happiness wherever we want. We can choose to do things and be around people that make us truly happy. We are the master of our happiness domain.
